Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences was founded in 1880 as the Tokyo Pharmaceutists School, Japan’s first private educational institution to train pharmacists. Engineering Institute awarded the Lenin Prize, State Prize of the USSR, the RSFSR and the Russian Federation, the Prize of the USSR Council of Ministers, the Russian State Prize for young scientists, as well as many diplomas and medals of national and international fairs and exhibitions.
